Who Is Eligible?
Spouse, surviving spouse, child, parent, step child, step parent, sibling, step sibling, mother-in-law, father-in-law, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, grandparent, grandparent-in-law, step grandparent, grandchild, step grandchild, grandchild-in-law, same sex domestic partners, niece and nephews.
GM Family Legacy
The Family Legacy Program gives eligible children of retired GM employees who no longer qualify for the GM Employee Discount the opportunity to purchase or lease up to two eligible, new Chevrolet, Buick, GMC or Cadillac vehicles each year at the GM Employee Discount price. Plus, you can combine the Employee Discount with most current offers for an even better deal.
Who Is Eligible?
Children of deceased GM retirees without surviving spouses. Children of a deceased GM retiree who declined surviving spouse benefits. Children of deceased surviving spouses who were receiving health care or pension benefits from GM. You can also share the savings with your spouse or dependent children (children must be under 21 years of age or full-time students under 25 years of age at time of purchase).
